I am Bonnie Moriarty, proud mama of 4, UFE Champion, Fitness Model and Fitness Pro, and the owner and creator of Bonfit.

I've had many personal fitness goals over the years and I understand the importance of working toward a goal that's both challenging and realistic. With that said, it's equally as important to have the right plan and tools to achieve those goals. I have been actively involved with fitness my entire life, so it is second nature to me. However, over the years as I have assisted others, I came to realize that few have had the same experience, which led me to create Bonfit.
