The Love Your Body 6 Week Challenge is designed to upgrade your lifestyle, and help you take charge of your physical health and body. With a diverse selection of workouts, along with at-home variations, strength training, and a nutrition guide, we make it easy for you to get Bonfit. Here's what's included:

  • 6 weeks of daily workouts with easy to understand video tutorials

  • Nutrition guide

  • Meal plans (vegan and non-vegan)

  • Weekly check-ins via Zoom with Bonnie Moriarty

If you have a gym membership, you can start the LYB 6 Week Challenge fitness class right away. No gym membership? No problem! We offer at-home modifications. There are a few simple tools you'll need to get started:
